in the US and Canada (including Hawaii and Alaska). If you are in another country, please email us with your order

orders under $30.00 will ship REGULAR GROUND from Canada. (NO tracking number, and up to 4 weeks for delivery.)
orders of $30.00 or more will qualify for Expedited Shipping, which has a tracking number and arrives in 5-10 business days.
